Quality from a Global Perspective

Developed upon the global capabilities of the Caparo Group, Grand River Fabricating can offer the following:

• Cut-to-Length: mill cut, Haven cut, band saw cut, cold saw cut
• Deburr: wire brush, vibratory, hand
• Swaging: mechanical expansion/reduction, segmented finger die
• Piercing, Punching, Notching: via mechanical presses, both unsupported and dimple-free die supported, as well as tube laser processing (as required)
• Bending: CNC Horizontal Rotary Bending on 3”OD x .149 wall nominal and up to 5”OD (as required)
• Welding: MIG, TIG, both by hand and robotically.
• Painting: Black E-Coat and Powder Coat (as required)
• Assembly: Full capability to assemble and package
